Shipping Policy

Order will be delivered within 2-7 business days.

A. The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

B. Orders are shipped within 2 (two) days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject always to courier company / postal authority norms.

C. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority.

D. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.

E. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on the email ID specified by the user at the time of registration.

F. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

G. The use of Platform and/or availing of our Services in relation to shipping is subject to the following:

I. Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including name, address, and contact details. Any delay or non-delivery arising out of incorrect or incomplete details shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

II. Once an order has been shipped, the tracking details will be shared with the user via email or SMS, wherever applicable.

III. The risk of loss and title for products shall pass to the user upon delivery of the items to the courier/postal company.

IV. Any dispute relating to shipment, delay, damage, or non-delivery must be raised directly with the courier company, though the Platform Owner may provide reasonable assistance in resolving such issues.

V. Force majeure events, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions, may delay shipping, for which the Platform Owner shall not be held responsible.
